Job Title: Direct Support Professional

Company: Beacon Specialized Living Services, Inc.

Location: Kingsley, MI

Pay: $17 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $17 for a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Kingsley, MI, is generally considered below the national average for this role, which typically ranges from $18 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and specific job responsibilities. While pay can vary based on several factors such as location, organization, and level of care required, this rate may not be competitive in the face of increasing living costs and the demand for skilled workers in the healthcare and social services sector. Therefore, it may lead to challenges in attracting and retaining qualified candidates in that area.
