Job Title: Direct Support Professional

Company: Beacon Specialized Living Services, Inc.

Location: New Baltimore, MI

Pay: $14.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $14.50 for a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in New Baltimore, MI, is generally considered below the average for this role in many parts of the United States. As of 2023, DSPs typically earn between $15 to $20 per hour, depending on their experience, region, and the specific agency or organization they work for. In Michigan, rates may vary slightly due to local cost of living and demand for services, but $14.50 appears to be less competitive in comparison to both statewide averages and national benchmarks for similar positions. Therefore, this rate may be less attractive to potential candidates considering job offers in this field.
