Job Title: Direct Support Professional

Company: Beacon Specialized Living Services, Inc.

Location: Richland, MI

Pay: $14.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14.50 for a Direct Support Professional in Richland, MI, is generally considered lower than the national average for similar positions, which typically falls between $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and specific job responsibilities. Factors such as cost of living in the Richland area, local demand for Direct Support Professionals, and the specific duties involved in the role can influence salary competitiveness. While some entry-level positions might start near the lower end of that range, the $14.50 rate may be less attractive for experienced candidates or those with specialized skills, suggesting that it could be challenging for employers in this region to attract and retain quality staff at this wage.
