Join our esteemed Help at Home team as a Caregiver in Bolckow, MO! We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide essential services to seniors and individuals with disabilities in our community.

The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. We are excited to offer a competitive starting pay of $17 per hour, with the added benefit of weekly pay.

As a caregiver, your responsibilities will include providing one-on-one support in a private home, with common tasks such as:
– In-Home Assistance: Aiding clients with daily activities, including meal preparation, housekeeping, personal grooming, laundry, vital sign monitoring, bathing, toileting, using technology, and other essential tasks.
– Companionship: Engaging clients in activities such as games and crafts, and accompanying them to appointments, grocery shopping, and errands.
– Community Building: Fostering a positive and safe living environment by communicating with clients’ families and other staff regarding any concerns or challenges.

To qualify for this role, candidates should possess the following:
– A high school diploma or GED
– A valid driver’s license
– CPR/First Aid certification or a willingness to obtain certification prior to employment
– Access to reliable and insured transportation
– An understanding of the needs of others and the ability to cultivate relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds
– Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to care for clients during evenings and weekends with dignity, patience, and compassion
