Job Title: Direct Support Professional – MI

Company: Beacon Specialized Living Services, Inc.

Location: Galesburg, MI

Pay: $14.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $14.50 for a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Galesburg, MI, is generally considered on the lower end compared to the national average for similar roles. As of 2023, the average hourly wage for DSPs in Michigan typically ranges from about $15 to $20, depending on factors such as experience, qualifications, and specific duties. While this rate may be suitable for entry-level positions or smaller organizations, it may not be competitive for attracting experienced professionals in a field that often requires specialized training and commitment. Therefore, the $14.50 rate may require reevaluation to better align with industry standards and attract quality candidates.
