Riverside Research seeks a Directed Energy Weapons – Technical Project Manager to support the National MASINT office. Located in Dayton, OH, this position is part of a multi-disciplinary team that assists MASINT mission area managers in coordinating joint MASINT integration efforts. The Technical Project Manager will contribute to establishing MASINT integration initiatives within the joint community, collaborating with stakeholders and drafting documentation to facilitate integration activities within their designated mission area. This role will involve developing a framework for identifying adversary threat system information and characteristics, while also aiding mission managers in defining intelligence requirements, essential elements of information, and capability requirements for systems. Additionally, the position requires coordination across various mission areas to promote common processes and standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to mission area management through participation in working groups, and the development of plans, schedules, and roadmaps.
  • Identify critical information needs, intelligence requirements, essential elements of information, and capability requirements specific to the mission area.
  • Draft a range of technical documents to support event planning, standards meetings, and integration activities.
  • Foster and sustain collaborative relationships with government and contract mission partners within the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD) to ensure alignment on common processes and standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Active TS clearance with SCI adjudication and willingness to undergo a CI Polygraph clearance if required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, physics, mathematics, history, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience as an intelligence professional, supporting various aspects of the Intelligence Community, including operations, analysis, and/or production.
  • Proven experience with at least one MASINT sensor or system.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a responsible team player capable of working independently with minimal daily supervision.
  • Ability to engage and interact with personnel from diverse technical and organizational backgrounds.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the National MASINT Office, DIA, or US and NATO MASINT missions.
  • Over 15 years’ experience as an intelligence professional, encompassing all aspects of the intelligence cycle, including analysis and production.
  • Knowledge of various MASINT systems and sensors, as well as technical data standards.
  • Previous experience in supporting advanced non-conventional or directed energy weapons.
  • Master’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, physics, mathematics, history, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in project management, requirements management, or intelligence exploitation and analysis (e.g., PMP, DAWIA, GPC).
