Overview:
This is a seasonal position from April 2025 through October 2025. Basic housing and meals are provided at a cost of $19 per day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to enhance the golf experience and drive revenue growth.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the golf course, including tee time reservations, player services, and golf shop management.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of golf professionals and staff to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Create and execute golf instructional programs, clinics, and tournaments to attract and engage golfers.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with members, guests, and local golf organizations.
  • Manage golf course maintenance and collaborate with groundskeeping staff to ensure high standards of course conditions.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the golf experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Sports Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in golf operations management, preferably within a resort environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of golf operations, rules, and etiquette.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and effectively manage budgets.
  • PGA or equivalent professional certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in golf management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
