AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the hourly rate for a “Director of Nursing (DON)” in Commerce Township, MI, it’s essential to consider the average salary range for this position, which typically falls between $35 to $65 per hour, depending on experience, the specific healthcare setting, and organizational size. As of 2023, the rate may vary with factors such as local demand, the cost of living, and prevailing market trends within the nursing profession. Competitive compensation would align with these factors and be on the higher end of the spectrum, especially for highly experienced candidates.
