AI Pay Analysis: To effectively analyze the hourly rate for a “Director of Quality Management – Veterans Evaluation Services” in Detroit, MI, we would typically compare it to average salary data, industry standards, and regional cost of living factors. As of my last update in October 2023, senior roles in quality management, particularly in healthcare or veteran services, generally command competitive salaries, often ranging from $35 to $65 per hour depending on experience, organization size, and specific responsibilities. Given the specialized nature of the role and the importance of the services provided, an hourly rate within this range or higher would be considered competitive. Additionally, compensation should also reflect the demand for quality management in healthcare sectors, especially for positions overseeing veterans’ services, which can carry additional pressures and responsibilities. Therefore, if the rate you have is within this range, it would likely be aligned with industry standards for that position and location.
