AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the competitiveness of the hourly rate for the “Director of Quality Management – Veterans Evaluation Services” in Marquette, MI, we would compare it with industry standards and regional pay scales. Typically, roles at the director level in quality management, especially within healthcare or veteran services, can range from $40 to $75 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and the specific demands of the position. In Marquette, a more rural area, salaries might trend toward the lower end of this range due to cost-of-living adjustments. If the offered rate meets or exceeds this benchmark, it would be deemed competitive; otherwise, it may fall short when considering factors like local demand and the specialized nature of the role.
