AI Pay Analysis: To accurately analyze the hourly rate for a “Director of Security” in Farmington Hills, MI, one would typically need specific data regarding the offered rate, industry standards, and local market rates. Generally, as of late 2023, the compensation for a Director of Security can vary widely based on experience, qualifications, company size, and specific industry. In metropolitan areas, competitive hourly rates may range from approximately $40 to $75 per hour, with positions in larger organizations or higher-risk sectors often on the higher end of that spectrum. To determine if a specific rate is competitive, it should be compared to this range, factoring in local cost of living and demand for security professionals.
