Position Overview:
As a Dishwasher, your role is crucial in ensuring the cleanliness of our facility and the safety of our guests and staff. You will be responsible for the cleaning, sanitization, and proper storage of all dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by combining delightful food, beverages, and entertainment in a fun-filled environment.
• Keep your supervisor informed of any issues or unusual situations, proposing solutions or alternative actions as needed.
• Handle all chemicals correctly and in appropriate quantities for both safety and cost management.
• Operate all equipment safely and correctly.
• Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, and utensils efficiently.
• Carefully sort dishware and utensils to prevent loss or disposal.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen pots, pans, and utensils.
• Follow all company safety and sanitation protocols meticulously.
• Handle all glassware and dishware with care to avoid breakage.
• Empty and maintain cleanliness of trash cans within the kitchen area.
• Assist kitchen staff during peak periods to relieve pressure as necessary.
• Aid with line maintenance, including sweeping and clearing dirty dishes.
• Support the preparation of banquet items as directed by management.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing areas, including floors, walls, and drains.
• Help maintain the organization and cleanliness of kitchen storage areas.
• Clean and maintain all floor mats.
• Offer assistance to fellow team members as business needs arise.
• Cultivate a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and cooperation among all staff.
• Exhibit a friendly demeanor and a consistent smile while working during shifts that may include days, nights, and weekends.
• Prior experience in maintenance within a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills with guests and team members.

• Adhere to dress code guidelines, maintaining a neat, clean, and professional appearance at all times.
• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
