POSITION SNAPSHOT: The Dishwasher position plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness of our venue and ensuring the safety of both our guests and staff. The Dishwasher is responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and properly storing all dishes, flatware, utensils, and kitchenware.

NITTY GRITTY DETAILS:
– Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through an exceptional blend of food, drinks, and games in an environment designed for fun and celebration.
– Keep the immediate supervisor informed of any significant issues or unusual matters and take prompt corrective action as necessary, while suggesting alternative courses of action when appropriate.
– Utilize all chemicals in the correct quantities to ensure safety and cost control.
– Safely and effectively operate all equipment.
– Clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware, and glassware thoroughly.
– Carefully sort and organize all dishware and flatware to minimize losses.
– Clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans, and utensils in adherence with health standards.
– Follow all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures diligently.
– Handle all glassware and dishware with care to prevent breakage.
– Empty kitchen trash bins and maintain cleanliness around trash receptacles.
– Support fellow kitchen staff by providing assistance during high-pressure periods.
– Aid in line maintenance by sweeping and clearing dirty dishes as necessary.
– Assist with some food preparation and banquet tasks as directed by management.
– Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dish areas, including floors, walls, and drains.
– Contribute to the organization and cleanliness of kitchen storage areas.
– Clean and maintain all floor mats.
