Our franchise organization, Mohave GC, LLC, operating under the Golden Corral brand, is currently in search of enthusiastic and friendly individuals to become valued members of our team.

The Utility Person / Dishwasher plays a crucial role in enhancing our guests’ dining experience through a variety of responsibilities. Consistent feedback indicates that cleanliness is the most significant factor influencing a guest’s decision to return, making it imperative that each Utility Person / Dishwasher possess the skills and commitment to perform their duties with excellence. This position entails ensuring the overall cleanliness of the restaurant, both inside and out, with dishwashing being a core component of the role.

Responsibilities: Cleanliness

  • Provide guests with clean and sparkling silverware and dishes.
  • Maintain a clean and pleasant environment within the restaurant for both guests and coworkers.
  • Oversee the cleanliness of the outdoor areas, including the building’s exterior and parking lot.
  • Regularly check, clean, and stock restrooms.
  • Manage waste disposal by emptying trash into the dumpster and ensuring the cleanliness of the dumpster, trash cans, and back dock area.
  • Thoroughly clean and organize the utility area.
  • Adhere to the duty roster to guarantee cleanliness, service, and quality standards are consistently upheld.
  • Comply with all local health department regulations.

Operational Excellence

  • Stock the Cook, Line, and Server areas with the appropriate glasses, silverware, and dishes.
  • Maintain superior organization, efficiency, and cleanliness throughout the work environment.
  • Communicate any equipment or facility issues to the Manager promptly.

Guest Service

  • Understand and adhere to position responsibilities regarding just-in-time delivery.
