Our franchise organization, Mohave GC, LLC dba Golden Corral, is currently inviting enthusiastic and friendly individuals to become part of our team.

The Utility Person / Dishwasher plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall dining experience for our guests. Recognizing that cleanliness is the most significant factor influencing guests’ decisions to return to a restaurant, it is vital for each Utility Person / Dishwasher to develop the necessary skills, knowledge, and abilities to execute their responsibilities to the highest standard. This role encompasses maintaining general cleanliness both inside and outside the restaurant, with dishwashing being an essential component of the position.

Cleanliness Responsibilities:

  • Provide guests with clean and sparkling silverware and dishes.
  • Maintain cleanliness within the restaurant to ensure a pleasant and safe environment for both guests and coworkers.
  • Clean the exterior of the building and the parking lot.
  • Inspect, clean, and stock restrooms.
  • Dispose of trash appropriately and maintain cleanliness around dumpsters, trash cans, and back dock areas.
  • Thoroughly clean and organize the utility area.
  • Fulfill duties as outlined in the roster, ensuring adherence to cleanliness, service, and quality standards.
  • Comply with local health department regulations.

Operational Excellence Responsibilities:

  • Stock the Cook, Line, and Server areas with appropriate glasses, silverware, and dishes.
  • Maintain excellent organization, speed, and cleanliness in all tasks.
  • Report any facility or equipment issues to management promptly.

Guest Service Responsibilities:

  • Understand and follow position-related responsibilities to ensure just-in-time delivery of services.
