Additionally, the Steward is responsible for assisting with proper food storage and rotation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Clean kitchen machines and appliances such as coffee makers, pots, pans, and mixers. Unload and store deliveries; sweep and mop floors, particularly in the event of spills or breakages.
• Manage waste disposal by taking out trash and rinsing garbage cans. Support fellow restaurant staff by assisting with various tasks as required. Report any kitchen accidents or violations of food safety codes and procedures.
• Interact with and occasionally have unsupervised contact with guests and colleagues, maintaining a high level of trust and responsibility.
• Represent the company with a commitment to reputation and good character, exercising sound judgment in all interactions.
