Job Description
Job Title: Dishwasher/Steward, Kalamazoo Country Club | FT
Company: Greenleaf Hospitality Group
Location: Kalamazoo, MI
Pay: $14 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $14 for a Dishwasher/Steward position at Kalamazoo Country Club appears to be below the average pay for similar roles in the Kalamazoo, MI area. According to various labor market resources, the typical hourly wage for dishwashers in Michigan generally ranges from $15 to $18 per hour, with many establishments offering higher rates to attract workers. Additionally, considering the rising cost of living and minimum wage increases in many regions, this rate may not sufficiently incentivize candidates and could lead to challenges in staffing. Therefore, while $14 may reflect a competitive entry-level wage, it may not align with current industry standards for this position in Kalamazoo.
