Position Summary:
The Dispensary Associate plays a vital role in guiding customers through their cannabis journey by educating them on the product’s benefits and potential side effects. A comprehensive understanding of product offerings and their effects is essential in delivering excellent customer service. As a Dispensary Associate, your primary responsibilities will include facilitating compliant purchases while providing an outstanding customer experience.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, guests, and colleagues.
• Show empathy and compassion towards patients.
• Uphold the TruExperience through elevated service standards, behaviors, and extensive product knowledge.
• Support Managers and Shift Supervisors with returns in accordance with company policy.
• Prepare and process patient orders efficiently.
• Adhere to Trulieve’s policies and procedures.
• Collaborate directly with the leader on duty to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist customers with product or device inquiries.
• Work with leadership to resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Document customer issues and feedback on their profiles.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by Management.

Employees may be required to perform additional team tasks as needed.

Additional Responsibilities as Delivery Associate (if applicable):

• Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clear driving record.
• Comply with all Trulieve policies and procedures as a delivery associate.

Additional Responsibilities as Online Support (if applicable):

• Assist with processing all online orders, including deliveries, within a 2-hour timeframe.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with experience in a relevant field preferred.
• Minimum age of 21 (or 18 in CT, PA, and WV).
• Previous retail and customer service experience is advantageous.
• Prior cash handling experience required.
• Ability to thrive independently in a dynamic environment and interact with various personalities.
• Exceptional people skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capable of maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in communications across all levels of the organization.
