Job Description
Job Title: Distribution Center Security Officer (F)
Company: Securitas
Location: Belleville, MI
Pay: $17.11 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $17.11 for a Distribution Center Security Officer in Belleville, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the wage spectrum for similar roles. According to various industry salary data sources, security officers in distribution centers typically earn between $18 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and the specific demands of the position. While local cost of living and employer benefits may influence competitiveness, this rate may be less attractive to potential candidates considering the responsibilities often associated with security roles. Thus, it may be advisable for employers to reassess their compensation package to attract and retain qualified personnel.
