Job description:
Assess each store’s ability to surpass customer expectations regarding ease of shopping, service, variety, freshness, cleanliness, food safety, and regulatory compliance. Act as the subject matter expert and liaison with Retail Operations, providing feedback on the effectiveness of the Enterprise operational plans and programs, systems, and potential application opportunities. Collaborate with store management to identify areas for improvement, analyze reports, and make recommendations that enhance sales, reduce shrink, improve safety, increase profit, and elevate the customer shopping experience. Responsibilities:
– Analyze store operations data to identify areas of opportunity and collaborate with the retail operations department and store leaders to implement corrective actions.
– Assist district managers in monitoring and troubleshooting issues related to various applications.
– Ensure the implementation of the division’s marketing plan and operational initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.
– Discuss store and departmental financial performance metrics (e.g., sales, shrink, labor expenses) and other targeted objectives with district managers and store leaders.
– Oversee the effective implementation of technologies, including upgrade releases and system utilization.
– Assist with the installation, training, and follow-up of new equipment and/or work methods.
– Partner with district managers and store leadership to ensure that stores operate within established expense goals.
– Review operational performance measures (reports, scorecards) with store leaders and district managers.
– Monitor competitive dynamics and significant activities in the market.
– Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as adherence to company policies and standards concerning applications and/or programs.
– Monitor and support best practices in Food Safety, Safety, and Sanitation.
– Travel to various store locations to provide necessary support.

Qualifications:
Minimum:
– Proven success in facilitating meetings of varying size and scope.
– Experience in identifying, adopting, and leading change initiatives effectively.
– A minimum of 3 years of management experience.
– Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
– Ability to recognize and safeguard highly confidential information.
– Capacity to learn and enhance knowledge and skills in various job-related areas.
– Strong analytical, conflict management, and problem-solving abilities.
