Pay: $13.5 – 18 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $13.50 to $18 for a “Dog Daycare Play Yard Coach” in Wixom, MI, is on the lower end of the pay scale for roles in pet care. According to data from various job platforms and industry surveys in 2023, similar positions, such as dog trainers, pet groomers, and daycare attendants, typically earn between $15 and $25 per hour, depending on experience and responsibilities. While the offered rate may attract entry-level candidates, it could struggle to retain experienced staff or compete with other local employers who may offer higher wages or additional benefits, especially as the demand for pet services continues to grow. Overall, this pay range is somewhat competitive but may need adjustment to align more closely with industry standards and attract a skilled workforce.
