Job Description
Job Title: Donation Attendant
Company: Goodwill Industries
Location: Twinsburg, OH
Pay: $13 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $13 for a Donation Attendant in Twinsburg, OH, appears to be below the competitive standard for similar roles in the nonprofit and retail sectors. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics and local job listings, the average pay for similar positions typically ranges from $14 to $18 per hour, depending on experience and responsibilities. Considering Ohio’s minimum wage is $10.10 per hour as of 2023, while the proposed rate exceeds that, it may not adequately reflect the cost of living in the area or the demands of the position, potentially leading to challenges in attracting and retaining qualified applicants. Therefore, the rate could be improved to make it more in line with industry standards and local expectations.
