Job Description
Job Title: Donation Attendant
Company: Goodwill Industries
Location: Cuyahoga Falls, OH
Pay: $13 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $13 for a Donation Attendant in Cuyahoga Falls, OH, is slightly below the national average for similar positions, which typically range from $14 to $16 per hour depending on experience and specific employer factors. In Cuyahoga Falls, the cost of living is moderate, and while the state minimum wage is $10.10 as of 2023, a $13 per hour wage may be considered on the lower end for this role, especially given the responsibilities often associated with donation processing and customer service. Therefore, this rate may not be competitive compared to other employment opportunities in the area or within the nonprofit sector, potentially impacting job attraction and retention.
