Job Title: Drive Thru Ambassador – Niles – PT

Company: Goodwill Industries

Location: Niles, MI

Pay: $11 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $11 for a “Drive Thru Ambassador” position in Niles, MI, is below the typical wage range for similar roles in the fast-food and customer service industry. As of 2023, the average pay for drive-thru or entry-level customer service positions generally falls between $12 to $15 per hour, depending on factors such as experience and location. Additionally, considering Michigan’s minimum wage is $10.10 and increases to $11.00 in 2023, this rate is only marginally above the minimum and may not attract quality candidates or retain employees in a competitive job market. Therefore, the offered hourly rate does not appear competitive relative to industry standards for this role in the area.
