Job description:

Faithful Companion Pet Cremation Services is seeking a dedicated full-time Driver and Care Provider for our Cleveland, Ohio location. This position requires availability for day shifts from Friday through Tuesday, starting at a competitive wage of $18 per hour.

The selected candidate will receive a comprehensive benefits package, which includes 401K matching, medical coverage, FSA/HSA options for medical and dependent care, dental and vision insurance, company-paid life insurance, voluntary pet insurance, and short-term and long-term disability insurance, all becoming effective after 30 days of employment. Weekend availability is a requirement for this role.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operate company vehicles safely and courteously.
  • Perform pickups and transport pets to and from clinics and clients’ homes.
  • Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and forms.
  • Maintain clean workspaces and vehicles.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all clients and stakeholders.
  • Handle and transport pets with the utmost respect and dignity at all times.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Current Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift at least 75 pounds unassisted.

  • Ability to successfully pass a 4-panel drug test and background check.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing error-free service.
  • Flexibility with scheduling; availability for evenings and weekends is required, and shifts may vary.
