ABOUT THE JOB
Our primary responsibility is to load and unload trucks to ensure the safe, timely, and courteous delivery of products.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Deliver products professionally to both internal and external customer locations.
– Maintain familiarity with equipment (such as forklifts, hoses, and pumps) and the operational processes for the handling, storage, shipping, and transportation of hazardous materials in compliance with DOT standards.
– Accurately complete necessary documentation, including shipping and receiving paperwork, inventory sheets, and inspection reports, either on paper or electronically.
– Perform routine minor maintenance and inspections of vehicles and equipment.
– Uphold housekeeping standards in all work areas.
– Adhere to product quality and safety standards, reporting any safety incidents related to products to the Supervisor, Manager, or designated backup, as applicable.
– Communicate identified compliance, safety, and equipment needs.
– Operate independently and safely while strictly following all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhering to all relevant Federal, State, and corporate environmental, safety, and health regulations.
– Carry out other miscellaneous related duties as necessary.

ABOUT YOU:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– 1-3 years of previous driving experience required.
– Possession of a Class A or B CDL, with the ability to obtain tanker and HAZMAT endorsements.
– Strong driving record.
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
– Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office are required; experience with MRP or ERP systems is preferred.
– Previous experience in a manufacturing or chemical environment is preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
– Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
– Capability to perform physical tasks for extended periods, including standing, walking, climbing, bending, pushing, reaching, and pulling.
– Ability to climb and work at heights using stairs and ladders.
– Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes, face shields, safety glasses, safety goggles, hearing protection, gloves, and hard hats; chemical suits and hair/beard nets when required.
– Ability to safely operate an industrial forklift when necessary.
– Commitment to comply with grooming requirements for respirator use, SQF-certified environments, etc.
– Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including hot, cold, noisy, dusty, and wet settings.
– Willingness to work in proximity to chemicals and industrial machinery.

TRAVEL
Travel requirements range from 0% to 20%.

Expected Compensation: $26.00-$27.00/hr. + 5% Bonus Eligibility.
