Job Title: Driver – On Call 1st/2nd Shift

Company: Hope Network

Location: Oden, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “Driver – On Call 1st/2nd Shift” position in Oden, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum compared to industry standards. As of 2023, the average pay for similar driving roles, particularly those requiring flexibility for on-call shifts, typically ranges from $16 to $22 per hour in Michigan, depending on factors such as experience, demand, and the nature of the driving tasks involved (e.g., local deliveries, freight transport). While cost of living and company budgets can impact pay, $15 may not adequately compensate for the responsibilities and potential challenges associated with on-call driving duties, potentially making it less competitive in attracting skilled candidates.
