Location: Mansfield, OH – Indiana

Pay: $20 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $20 for a “Driver Trainee – Class A Permit” in Mansfield, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum for similar positions in the region. Typically, entry-level driving roles or trainee positions can range between $18 to $25 per hour, depending on the company, specific job duties, and local demand for drivers. Factors like the cost of living in Mansfield and the competitive landscape of the transportation industry also play a role in wage determination. While the rate may be acceptable for entry-level trainees, it could be considered less competitive compared to other areas or companies offering more robust training programs or benefits. Overall, while $20/hour is reasonable, it may not fully align with industry standards highlighting competitive wages.
