This role is sales-driven and emphasizes excellent service. We are looking for individuals who enjoy collaborating with others to achieve goals, yet are self-motivated to excel independently.

– Greet every individual who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and expertise
– Present the Orangetheory Fitness concept to prospective clients during introductory sessions
– Manage front desk operations, including answering phones and engaging with members
– Conduct studio tours for potential new members
– Collaborate closely with trainers to guide clients through their first Orangetheory workout
– Sell memberships to support the studio’s success
– Follow up with prospective clients to encourage membership
– Address members’ concerns professionally and objectively with a focus on resolution
– Participate in marketing and outreach initiatives
– Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the studio
