We are seeking a Recruitment Marketing Strategist who will spearhead the strategic development, execution, and evaluation of our recruitment marketing initiatives, enhancing our employer brand both nationally and internationally. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

– Developing and implementing innovative recruitment and employer branding strategies for both campus and experienced hires.
– Establishing effective working relationships with the recruiting team to understand their objectives and suggest strategies for achieving them.
– Partnering with our social media team to devise a comprehensive social engagement plan.
– Collaborating with paid media specialists to design and analyze paid digital media campaigns aimed at enhancing candidate engagement and brand visibility.
– Managing relationships with recruitment vendors and overseeing contract management, including recruitment analytics and scorecards.
– Creating external recruitment materials to communicate effectively with applicants, prospects, campus students, and referral sources.
– Responding to reviews on social media and vendor website company profiles.
– Organizing logistics and negotiating contracts for campus and internal recruiting events.
– Designing themes and activities for events, including logos, team-building exercises, and case studies/projects.

Qualifications for this position include:

– 2-4 years of experience in brand management, communications, content creation, and/or event coordination. Experience in recruitment marketing is advantageous.
– A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related business field is required.
– Proficiency in candidate engagement programs is essential.
– Strong familiarity with recruitment social networking platforms such as Indeed and Glassdoor, along with experience using other channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
– Competency in MS Office applications.
– A passion for recruitment and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives is a plus.
– Background in professional services is preferred.
– This position may entail some local and national travel.

Compensation and benefits details: We offer a competitive benefits package, with eligibility varying based on weekly hours worked. A pension plan is also available for eligible administrative and paraprofessional staff, along with a discretionary bonus plan. Compensation is commensurate with expertise and experience, aligning with state regulations. For applicants in Colorado and Illinois, monthly salary ranges are as follows:

– Colorado: $5,458.33 to $8,250.00
– Illinois: $5,625.00 to $8,500.00
