Pay: $16 – 21.6 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 to $21.60 for an “Engineer” role in Cincinnati, OH, appears to be below the average industry standards for engineering positions, which typically range from $25 to $45 per hour depending on the specific engineering discipline, level of experience, and the complexity of the job. This rate may reflect entry-level positions or roles in less technical fields within engineering. Therefore, while it may be competitive for entry-level or certain specialized roles, it generally does not align with the typical compensation expected for most engineering professionals in the area.
