Job Description
Job Title: Engineer Preventative Maintenance
Company: Aimbridge Hospitality
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Pay: $18 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $18 for an “Engineer Preventative Maintenance” in Grand Rapids, MI, appears to be below the industry standards for similar positions. Generally, salaries for maintenance engineers or those working in preventative maintenance typically range from $25 to $40 per hour, depending on experience and specific industry segment. In Grand Rapids, the cost of living is relatively moderate, and competitive rates for technical engineering roles usually hover closer to the mid-20s to upper 30s per hour. Therefore, $18 may not attract qualified candidates, and the role might struggle to meet operational needs unless supplemented with additional benefits or incentives.
