Job Title: Customer Success Specialist
Position Overview:
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-level customer support to a portfolio of 50 to 70 automotive dealerships within a designated region. In this consultancy-based role, you will ensure our clients maximize their investment in our software products through exceptional support and guidance. Your responsibilities will include providing both on-site and video conference support, with approximately 80% of your time spent at customer locations and 20% conducted via video conferencing.
Work Environment:
Customer Success Specialists operate from a home office and are provided with a company vehicle, mobile phone, and laptop for professional use.
Training and Development:
We offer a comprehensive paid training program designed to equip you for success in this role. Training will encompass classroom sessions at our headquarters in Houston, TX, and Dayton, OH, alongside online courses that cover in-depth product knowledge and insights into the automotive industry. Core Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven self-starter with effective time management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and organizational capabilities.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (fewer than 2 moving violations in the past three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years).
- Willingness to travel, including overnight stays, up to 50% during the six-month training period, and approximately 35% thereafter.
- Access to reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.
