Job Title: Entry Level Events Assistant
Company: Shine Social Brand
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Pay: $45600 – 55600 per year
AI Pay Analysis: The annual salary range of $45,600 to $55,600 for an Entry Level Events Assistant in Cincinnati, OH, translates to an hourly rate of approximately $22 to $27. This compensation appears to be competitive when compared to industry standards for entry-level positions in event planning and coordination, which typically range from $20 to $30 per hour, depending on factors like the employer, specific responsibilities, and local cost of living. Additionally, given that Cincinnati’s cost of living is generally lower than that of major metropolitan areas, this salary range is appropriate for attracting new talent in the events sector while providing a reasonable income for entry-level employees.
