Shine Social Brand is looking for an Entry Level Events Assistant to become a key member of our dynamic team. In this role, you will engage in the planning, coordination, and execution of a diverse range of events, from corporate meetings to large-scale festivals.
Salary Range: $45,600 – $55,600 per year, based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of various events, including corporate meetings, trade shows, and private gatherings.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to ensure all elements of the events are addressed.
- Aid in the preparation of event materials, such as invitations, programs, and informational packets.
- Set up and dismantle event spaces, ensuring all equipment is properly arranged and operational.
- Provide on-site support during events, assisting with registration, attendee inquiries, and logistics.
