Job Title: Entry Level Utility Inspection Technician

Company: Reconn

Location: Detroit, MI

Pay: $16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $16 for an Entry Level Utility Inspection Technician in Detroit, MI, is on the lower end of the pay scale for this role. According to various labor market analyses and job postings in the engineering and utility sectors, entry-level positions typically range from $18 to $25 per hour, depending on the specific responsibilities, company size, and benefits offered. Additionally, considering the cost of living in Detroit, which can vary but is generally lower than many major cities, this rate may still be considered subpar relative to the expected earnings for similar entry-level technical positions in the region. Overall, while it may attract candidates, it may not effectively compete for talent given the increasing demand for skilled workers in utilities and related fields.
