Job Title: Environmental Service Technician

Company: Corewell Health

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Pay: $16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 for an Environmental Service Technician in Grand Rapids, MI, is generally considered below the average wage for this role in similar urban areas. As of 2023, the typical pay for environmental service technicians typically ranges from $18 to $24 per hour, depending on experience, specific duties, and employer. While this rate may be competitive for entry-level positions or roles in smaller facilities, it might not attract candidates with more experience, especially considering the cost of living in the region and the growing demand for healthcare and facility maintenance workers. Thus, offering $16 per hour may limit the pool of qualified applicants and could result in higher turnover rates.
