AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the hourly rate for an Environmental Services Associate in Watervliet, MI, we first note that this role typically involves tasks related to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in healthcare settings or similar environments. As of my last available data in 2023, the average hourly wage for environmental services associates in similar Midwest regions tends to range from $12 to $18, depending on experience and specific employer. If the offered rate falls within this range, it can be considered competitive; however, if it is significantly lower, it may not attract experienced candidates.
