Role Overview:
Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services / Custodial Operations Manager 2 for Alma Medical Center, located in Alma, MI. Our Sodexo Health Care Environmental Services/Housekeeping teams are committed to leading housekeeping operations at healthcare client locations, collaborating to deliver innovative solutions. These teams are responsible for enhancing client satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service through effective communication with all levels of hospital staff, and ensuring follow-through on action items that positively impact both client and patient satisfaction. What You’ll Do:
– Drive client and patient satisfaction scores.
– Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff, in close cooperation with the Infectious Control department.
– Lead teams and manage departmental projects and initiatives.
– Effectively oversee the Unit Operating System.
– Promote a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum Education Requirement – Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum Management Experience – 2 years.
Minimum Functional Experience – 2 years of work experience in Housekeeping, Environmental, or Custodial Services.
