AI Pay Analysis: To evaluate the competitiveness of the hourly rate for the “Environmental Services Department Manager” role in Kalamazoo, MI, it is essential to consider various factors such as regional salary benchmarks, cost of living, and industry standards. Typically, salaries for this position can range from $25 to $45 per hour nationally, depending on experience and the specific responsibilities of the role. In Michigan, particularly in areas like Kalamazoo, rates might be on the lower to mid-range of this spectrum due to the local economy and demand for such roles.
