GENERAL SUMMARY:
The position involves ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of designated areas under the guidance of the Environmental Services Management Team. Responsibilities include the care of assigned equipment and the economical and efficient utilization of supplies. The role entails performing a variety of custodial tasks to uphold sanitary and orderly conditions across multiple Henry Ford Health System locations.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred. Prior custodial experience is also preferred. The candidate must be able to interact directly with the patient population, as the role requires high visibility. A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a “Patients First” approach is essential.
