Job Title: Environmental Services Tech

Company: Corewell Health

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Pay: $16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $16 for an Environmental Services Tech in Grand Rapids, MI, is somewhat below the average wage for similar roles in the region. Nationally, the pay for environmental services technicians typically ranges from $17 to $19 per hour, and regional variations can push this rate higher depending on local demand, cost of living, and employer. Therefore, while $16 per hour may attract candidates, it could be considered less competitive in the current job market, particularly given the growing emphasis on equitable pay and cost-of-living adjustments in many areas. Employers may need to evaluate this rate to attract and retain qualified personnel effectively.
