Job Description
Job Title: Environmental Services Technician
Company: Corewell Health
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Pay: $16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $16 for an Environmental Services Technician in Grand Rapids, MI, appears to be slightly below the industry average. Typical wages for similar roles in the region range from approximately $17 to $20 per hour, depending on the employer and the specific responsibilities involved. Factors such as experience, certifications, and the specific work environment (healthcare, hospitality, etc.) can also influence pay rates. Therefore, while $16 per hour is within the acceptable range for entry-level positions, it may not be competitive for more experienced professionals in the field, potentially impacting recruitment and retention efforts.
