Job Description
Job Title: Environmental Services Technician
Company: Corewell Health
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Pay: $16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $16 for an Environmental Services Technician in Grand Rapids, MI, is generally considered to be on the lower end of the pay scale for this role. As of 2023, the average hourly wage for similar positions in the region typically ranges between $18 to $22 per hour, depending on experience and the specific responsibilities involved. While $16 may attract entry-level candidates, it may not retain skilled workers, particularly when the cost of living in Michigan has been rising. Therefore, this rate may not be competitive enough to align with industry standards in the area, potentially leading to higher turnover or difficulties in attracting qualified applicants.
