Job Description
Job Title: Environmental Services Technician
Company: Corewell Health
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Pay: $16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $16 for an Environmental Services Technician in Grand Rapids, MI, is generally considered on the lower end of the spectrum for this role. According to industry standards, the average hourly wage for environmental services technicians typically ranges from $15 to $23, depending on experience, education, and specific job duties. In Grand Rapids, the cost of living might also impact wage competitiveness; however, given that many positions in similar sectors, such as healthcare and facility management, often pay higher, the $16 rate might not attract a sufficient pool of qualified candidates. Overall, this compensation could be improved to align more closely with industry standards and local expectations.
