Job Description
Job Title: Evening Care Professional
Company: Home Instead Senior Care
Location: Monroeville, OH
Pay: $12 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $12 for an “Evening Care Professional” in Monroeville, OH, appears to be below the typical industry standards for similar caregiving roles, which often range from $13 to $20 per hour depending on factors such as experience, responsibilities, and regional demand. In Monroeville and surrounding areas, caregivers typically earn higher wages, particularly those working in specialized settings such as assisted living, home health care, or personal care. Thus, this rate may not be competitive and could make it challenging for the employer to attract qualified candidates or retain staff in a labor market that values competitive compensation for care-related positions.
