Job Title: Evening Care Professional

Company: Home Instead Senior Care

Location: Collins, OH

Pay: $12 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $12 for an “Evening Care Professional” in Collins, OH, is generally considered low compared to industry standards for similar roles, particularly those involving caregiving, personal assistance, or skilled care services. As of 2023, average pay for caregivers in Ohio typically ranges from $13 to $18 per hour, depending on experience, duties, and specific employer standards. Given the rising cost of living and increased demand for caregiving services, which often require physical and emotional labor, this rate might struggle to attract qualified professionals, indicating that it may not be competitive in the current job market.
