Job Description
Job Title: Evening Care Professional
Company: Home Instead Senior Care
Location: Milan, OH
Pay: $12 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $12 for an “Evening Care Professional” in Milan, OH, appears to be below the competitive average for similar roles in the region. According to industry standards, home care and personal care aides generally earn between $14 to $18 per hour on average, depending on factors such as experience, certifications, and the specific demands of the role. Additionally, considering the rising cost of living and increasing wage expectations in many areas, this rate does not align well with what many professionals in this field might expect, making it less attractive to potential candidates.
