What You Will Do:

You will play a key role in ensuring our complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback “happy hour” is a delightful experience for our guests. Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and overseeing the 5:30 Kickback, including food preparation and post-event clean-up.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in both the kitchen and lobby areas.
  • Adhering to food safety standards and ensuring supplies are adequately stocked.
  • Upholding high standards of integrity, service, and hospitality, promoting the Drury culture among guests and colleagues.
  • Responding to guest inquiries with knowledge about the hotel, local area, and events.
  • Delivering outstanding guest experiences through friendly and courteous service with a +1 Service attitude.
