Job Position Description:
This role is essential in creating cleaner and healthier environments for our clients’ buildings and grounds. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks using ServiceMaster products, tools, and established procedures.
• Duties encompass sweeping, mopping, polishing, handling trash, cleaning windows, and moving furniture and equipment.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Manage facility access, including opening and locking premises and operating security systems as necessary.
• Previous experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is advantageous but not mandatory, as on-the-job training will be provided for individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
• Preferred experience includes working within a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital, or educational institution.
• Must possess the ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Contribute positively to the work atmosphere by maintaining a pleasant attitude, adhering to uniform requirements, and being dependable and punctual.
• Demonstrate respect and understanding for both co-workers and customers.
